CAD Services
We can produce your part from any .DXF file attached to an email, on a floppy disk, on a CD-ROM, or from a simple faxed sketch or drawing. We have high resolution scanning available and a photograph is no problem.

Prototyping
At Horizon Engineering we are happy to accommodate your needs. From one piece to 1000 pieces, we can prototype your idea with faster turn around than most machining shops.

Material Optimization
Close part nesting guarantees that you will achieve the maximum yield from your material sheets.

Secondary Operations
We provide most any services you require. From milling, drilling, tapping, fabrication, and production CNC Machining and Turning. We also provide product-packaging services.

Materials
Steel, aluminum, glass, plastic, wood, rubber, marble, ceramic, composite substrates, non-conductive and reflective materials are no problem .With abrasive water jet technology we can cut many materials without any distortion or heat altered zones. All materials are purchased with certifications and tracked during all fabrication procedures.

Outside Processing
We will provide all material plating, heat treating, powder coating and painting to Mil Spec Standards with complete certifications and documentation.

Order Tracking
Managed by a custom Filemaker Pro™ database application developed specifically for the needs of our customers.  This software allows Horizon to quote, job cost, invoice, schedule and plan its production.
